We express our sincere congratulations to Tim Yuen Lingk 凌添炫 on receiving the 2025-26 Mr. Hoyt Langston Tillman Memorial Scholarship of ICLP. The scholarship is kindly funded by the generous family of ICLP alumnus Mr. Hoyt Langston Tillman, and will provide an award of US$5,000 to the scholarship recipient. We would like to thank the review committee for their time and effort in the rigorous selection process, based on the applicants' academic achievement, vision and organization of the research proposal, eligibility, and recommendations.
