Business Chinese for Success
The course material, designed for intermediate and advanced learners, uses real-life business cases with commercial vocabulary, specialized terms, and sentence patterns to enhance students' understanding and interest in the Chinese economy, market, and in Chinese culture. The book is divided into two sections with 10 units in total. The first six units introduce six classic cases in which international companies succeeded in their businesses after adjusting their strategy according to the conditions of the Chinese market. The subsequent four units introduce four typical cases where famous Chinese companies dealt with the double threat of international companies swarming into Chinese market and the anti-dumping investigation. All the units are composed of warmup activities, main text, vocabulary, integrated practice, and useful tips.
